My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the room was acceptably dark and comfortable for sleep, it was not cleaned properly, and the common areas felt neglected. I was frustrated that housekeeping didn't service my room until late in the afternoon, despite it being promised. On a positive note, the blockout curtains helped me sleep well. However, I'd say the cleanliness needs serious improvement.

The room was nice and dark for sleeping but not very clean. The floor could use thorough cleaning, and I was disappointed that it wasn't serviced daily.

I had high hopes for my stay, but I was left quite disappointed. The location near Albert Park was convenient, and I appreciated the lovely decor in my room, but cleanliness and maintenance were significant issues. The dining experience was pleasant, but some staff interactions left a sour note. Overall, my experience did not reflect the standards I expected.
Rooms

The room I received was nicely decorated but not adequately cleaned before my arrival. A good vacuum and better bathroom cleaning would have improved my stay significantly.

The hotel is a decent option for a quick getaway, with a good price point for what you get. The Mercure tower offers spacious rooms, though they do fall short compared to the Pullman standard. The staff is welcoming, but some areas, like the hallways in the Mercure Tower, are in dire need of updates. Overall, it's acceptable for a 3-star hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it for those expecting luxury.
Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and clean but basic, with a shower over the bath that I didn't particularly like. Overall, it met expectations for a 3-star hotel.
Service
9.0
Staff were wonderful and welcoming, making the experience more pleasant despite the hotel's shortcomings.
Location

The hotel's location worked well for me, especially since I had a function nearby, but it's not the most central spot if you're looking to explore the city.

Facilities

While the facilities in the Mercure Tower were functional, the hallways and elevators were quite dated and need a revamp.

The hotel has a lovely location just outside the city, which I enjoyed. However, my recent stay was marred by slow check-in times and a room that badly needed refurbishing. While the amenities were decent, the lack of a clear fire plan was concerning. Overall, I feel like my experience didn't match my expectations for this hotel.
Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious and clean, but it definitely felt outdated. The carpet was worn, and the bathroom had mould, which made it less comfortable than I'd hoped.
Service
5.0
Service during check-in was painfully slow, with only one person available at the desk, leading to a long wait time.
Location
8.0
The hotel is located nicely just outside the city, making it convenient for exploring while still enjoying a bit of peace and quiet.
Dining

I found the breakfast to be quite good, with plenty of options, which was a nice touch.
Facilities

The pool and sauna shared with another hotel are great additions, but the overall feel of the amenities seemed a bit tired and unkept.

I found the hotel to be quite conveniently located across from Albert Park and close to St Kilda. The rooms were generally clean and spacious, which worked well for my family, but they definitely need some updating. The dining experience was excellent with a fantastic breakfast buffet. However, my check-in experience was less than ideal, as I encountered delays and some concerns about safety during a fire alarm situation.
Rooms

The room was spacious and comfortable for my family, including my little one, but it felt a bit outdated and in need of a refresher. The cleanliness could also be improved.
Service
