Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, Melbourne

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the room was acceptably dark and comfortable for sleep, it was not cleaned properly, and the common areas felt neglected. I was frustrated that housekeeping didn't service my room until late in the afternoon, despite it being promised. On a positive note, the blockout curtains helped me sleep well. However, I'd say the cleanliness needs serious improvement.

I had high hopes for my stay, but I was left quite disappointed. The location near Albert Park was convenient, and I appreciated the lovely decor in my room, but cleanliness and maintenance were significant issues. The dining experience was pleasant, but some staff interactions left a sour note. Overall, my experience did not reflect the standards I expected.
